This is just a picture of my spicy zucchini dish; I made it again last night using a mix of zucchini and summer squash, and adding some leftover grilled corn cut from the cob which lent a sweet smokiness that nicely balanced the heat of the peppers. I thought it was quite lovely, and we all thought it was delicious.
Here’s the joke: Is it true that cannibals don’t eat clowns because they taste funny?

i just happen to have zucchini, squash, corn, onion, garlic and those exact long skinny chili’s… and a friend coming for lunch tomorrow…

i am so not so lady like. you just have no idea. i swear on a regular basis, i don’t do church or school functions due to the no kid thing (well every other weekend plus a little more) – and my lunch meeting is with a guy! so it’s gonna be spicy!
